Grenada’s citizenship-by-investment program is an attractive proposition for entrepreneurs and high-net-worth families seeking alternate citizenship and global mobility. During the first half of 2023, the program received 1,108 applications. During the same period, it issued 2,011 passports.

In contrast to other programs, most applicants prefer to invest in #realestate projects in the country because the costs seem more favorable under this option.

Grenada’s program has been quite popular with applicants from China. In H1, 2023, however, most applicants originated from Russia, as most other programs were not accepting Russian applicants. Russians are not eligible to apply for the program any longer. Starting September 4, 2023, all applicants aged 17 and above need to undergo an interview during the application process.
